The further out from competition the better. The more time we have to work together, the more dialed in your training will be for the meet. Even if you don't have a meet in mind getting started early will allow us to put together your best possible performance when you are ready to compete.
We work best with athletes who make powerlifting a priority in their life, no matter the skill level. We love working with athletes who are good at completing their training and communicating with their coach.
Having a powerlifting coach is an amazing asset. As an athlete you are limited to your own experience and knowledge, but when you work with a coach you get access to their large pool of knowledge that they have from their experience working with lots of different athletes. Having someone to help trouble shoot your training program, make sure your technique is on point, and be in your corner on meet day enables you to reach your goals and beyond much faster than you would on your own.
I use a combination of percentages and RPE in my program. Ultimately it comes down to what the athlete responds best too. Some programs will be fully RPE, some programs will be fully percentage based, but more are some type of blend of the two.

If you wish to cancel your coaching services please email your coach 24 hour prior to your next invoice coming out and your coach will be able to cancel your membership. There are no cancelation fees or 30 day notices. There are no refunds on coaching services.
