Remote Powerlifting Coaching

Tier 1: Weekly Coaching

Weekly Coaching is for athletes looking to maximize their success on the platform. With this coaching tier you will work closely with your coach to create the best training strategy for you to reach your goals. This coaching tier includes:

  • Individualized training program delivered via google sheets.
  • Weekly video check-in for program updates and technique review.
  • Daily communication access with your coach.
  • Access to team Discord for supportive community

Tier 2: Monthly Coaching

Monthly Coaching is for athletes who want direction in training but are looking for a more hands off experience. With this coaching tier you will meet with your coach once a month to review your training and then set up your next block of training. This coaching tier includes:

  • Monthly video call for program updates and technique review.
  • Access to team discord for supportive community.
